Meet the Team

The EVC Partners management team is uniquely suited to the challenge of creating a network of sites suitable for EV charging/alternative fuel hubs — bringing diverse skills and deep experience in land use entitlements, real estate development, clean energy, utility distribution and transmission, and public policy to the task at hand.

Over the course of more than three decades, principals of EVC Partners have compiled a proven track record in land use entitlements and development – on a range of projects from large scale master planned communities to urban redevelopment projects. Among other things, they have planned, entitled, and developed master planned communities with over 30,000 residential lots and a variety of other uses and have managed over $1 billion in on-site and off-site infrastructure.

EVC Partners’ management team has had extensive experience in developing utility scale and smaller solar energy projects and battery storage projects in the Western United States and transacting with utilities on interconnections and PPAs. In addition, the team has completed successful land transactions for utility scale solar energy projects encompassing ~2605 acres, with another ~940 acres currently in process with solar energy companies, and have obtained entitlements for utility scale solar energy projects comprising ~1,800 acres.
